Oliver leads and motivates the Backup Care team to deliver consistently outstanding levels of service, while identifying where we can innovate and improve our current work processes.

His extensive copywriting experience is also put to good use on everything from parent and carer newsletters to promotional material for employer launches.

A proud recent father, Oliver has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing working parents and is fully committed to the My Family Care cause.

Andrea is often the first port of call for emergency phone calls. Her natural ability on the phone is a valued asset, as she supports families whose usual care arrangements have broken down.

Having previously worked within a nursery and private childcare environment, Andrea moved to My Family Care to further her career.

Helping hundreds of families find backup care when they need it most - Andrea plays an important role in making work+family a reality.

Never more than an arm's reach from her Blackberry, Andrea also enjoys a good Chinese meal out, but just don’t ask her to a firework display - she'll run a mile.

Mishika started her career in childcare straight out of school. She managed to juggle her childcare work with furthering her education at college and then university. During this time she worked her way from a nursery assistant to part time room leader.

A self-confessed 'big kid', Mishika loves working with children, and decided to continue helping parents and carers at My Family Care.

Mishika's first-hand childcare knowledge and her 'always happy to help' attitude mean that she’s able to offer excellent levels of customer service.

Mishika understands the day to day struggle of making work+family work and hopes to make the process easier for everyone using our services.

Often seen with two mobile phones, Mishika loves a good chicken dinner with Yorkshire pudding and dreams of being a TV presenter.
