Finding an appropriate last minute nanny
Once you make a booking it will immediately be sent out to our trusted network. When a nanny match has been found you will receive an email with information about your nanny. The nanny will call you to introduce themselves and once this call has been completed the booking will become confirmed.
We endeavour to get you an emergency nanny within 2 hours and the minimum booking time is 4 hours.
We will take care of payrolling your temporary nanny
Last minute nannies booked via Emergency Childcare are paid at an hourly rate (depending on location).
All nannies will be payrolled by the nanny agency they work for. This means you don't have to worry about sorting out their tax and NI.
